DELIVERY

Ordered products are generally delivered within Estonia within 3–5 working days. If stock needs to be replenished, delivery may take up to 20 days.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

In Estonia, we use Smartpost, Unisend, and DPD parcel machines. In Latvia and Lithuania, we use Unisend and Smartpost, and in Finland and Sweden, Smartpost parcel machines. For other countries, we send products as regular parcels or via DPD delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Deliveries abroad usually arrive within 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination country.

NB! For non-EU countries, customs duties and time-consuming customs procedures may apply. For international shipments, the delivery time depends on the courier service and customs process and may take up to 30 days, although according to our data, average delivery time does not exceed 1–2 weeks.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCEDURE

14-day return option via parcel machine or courier – €3.50

If you received your order via parcel machine, you can return it within 14 days. For Itella Smartpost, the return is made using the door code with which you received the package. If the item was delivered to a white Smartpost locker, the return must first be registered on the Smartpost website. For returns of items delivered to a DPD parcel machine, please contact us at tflags@tflags.com.

Returns made via parcel machine typically reach us within three working days, after which the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days. A return fee of €3.50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returned items must not be worn, soiled, or washed. They must have the original tags and other indicators of a new, unused product. If the item has been used for purposes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, or shows signs of wear, the seller has the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the diminished value of the item.

Products that have been customized at the customer's request are not eligible for return.

Items purchased from the online store cannot be exchanged for another product or size. If the product does not fit, the order must be returned, and a new order placed. Refunds for returned orders will be issued as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return.

The returned product must be accompanied by the order number.

The returned product will be refunded by the T-Flags online store operator, OÜ 5-Õiget, to the same bank account from which the payment was made, promptly and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the return.
